別這麼說嘛....挺不好意思的哩...還是謝謝囉... 話說回來,素食要弄得好吃又健康,實在不容易...幸好我比較愛吃麵,麵包跟奶油...加上本來就不太愛吃肉,所以很快就適應了..我同事都說,這樣會營養不良,但我可以吃維他命啊...反正,我覺得不吃肉,身體好像沒什麼改變...而且感覺輕鬆了許多... 說不定一般習慣吃肉的人,偶爾吃一兩個禮拜的清淡素菜,可以減輕身體的負擔喔... |
