以構造上來相比較
雞頭雞脖子已經是比較安全的

不過雞頭的吻部也很尖銳，
而雞脖子上的皮含有很多不好的淋巴組織與脂肪，
以上兩者建議剔除

風險最高的應該算是雞腿、雞腳(不含掌部)、雞翅這三樣
因為中空骨都集中在這三個部位
