我朋友上星期在汐止ㄉ動物之家看上ㄌ2隻可愛ㄉ米格魯 本來想直接辦理領養,但工作人員說要等9/3抽籤, 今天我朋友又去ㄌ一趟汐止ㄉ動物之家,發現其中有一隻米格魯已經被認養走ㄌ,剩下ㄉ那隻還是要等明天ㄉ抽籤那之前我朋友要認養時,為什麼說要排隊抽籤呢?其中是不是有黑箱作業呢? |
